Abraham Industries S.r.l., owner of the brands Liviana Conti, Semicouture, Erika Cavallini, Circus Hotel, and Re-branded, cares about protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy.

This information concerns you if:
- You intend to register on the website rebranded.it
- You wish to subscribe to our newsletter or receive promotional and marketing communications regarding the products of the above mentioned brand
- You have requested information about our products or services

1. Who is the Data Controller?

2. Who is the Data Protection Officer (DPO)?
The appointed Data Protection Officer is Smart Compliance Solutions for you s.r.l., who can be reached at the email address: dpo@abrahamindustries.it

The DPO has the responsibilities outlined in Article 39 of the GDPR.

3. What personal data do we process, for what purposes and how long will it be stored?
"Personal data" refers to any information that can identify a natural person. Depending on the purpose, the Data Controller may use the following personal data:

a) Account creation and order management:
When creating your account, we may request your name, surname, date of birth, and email address. To fulfill your purchase and deliver your products, we will request your shipping/billing address and phone number. This data will also be used to send you order updates and issue legal documentation. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR (contractual and legal obligations). Retention: Invoices and related documents will be stored for 10 years. Inactive accounts older than 5 years will be periodically deleted after prior notice.

b) Contact form requests:
In order to respond to requests that you may send via the contact form on the Site, you will be asked to indicate your first and last name and your e-mail address to which the reply should be sent. This data will be processed subject to your explicit and free consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and stored for the time strictly necessary to address your request.

c) Marketing communications and newsletters:
We may collect your email address to send you newsletters, promotional materials (including birthday promotions), market research surveys, and customer satisfaction questionnaires. Legal basis: Your explicit consent, as per Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Retention: As long as the service remains active or until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe from communications at any time, even selectively by brand, using the link provided in each email.

4. Is the provision of data mandatory?
Providing your personal data for the purposes described under section 3.a is mandatory. Without it, we cannot process your order. For the purposes under sections 3.b and 3.c, providing your data is optional, but necessary to receive the related services.

Your data may be accessed by Abraham’s employees and collaborators, as well as by third-party service providers (e.g., IT and logistics partners, consultants) appointed as Data Processors. You may request an updated list of all such Data Processors.

Your data will not be publicly disclosed. If transferred outside the EU, appropriate safeguards will be ensured to maintain GDPR-level protection.

6. How can you access, modify, or delete your data, or request a copy?
At any time, under the conditions provided for in Art. 7 and 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, you may exercise the following rights: request information about the existence of your personal data, its origin, the purposes and methods of processing and, if any, obtain access to your personal data and information; request the updating, rectification, integration, deletion, restriction of data processing if one of the conditions provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR applies, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of personal data, processed in violation of the law, including data whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected and/or subsequently processed; oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons and in accordance with the law, the processing of data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection and the processing of personal data for the purposes of commercial information or sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the revocation; to receive your personal data, processed on the basis of a contract or on the basis of your consent, provided knowingly and actively or through the use of the service, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller without hindrance; to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
