2. Who is the Data Protection Officer (DPO)?

3. What personal data do we process, for what purposes, and for how long are they retained?
Personal data means any information that can identify a natural person. Depending on the purpose, we may need to process the following types of data:
a) To create your account, we may collect your name, surname, date of birth, and email address.
To fulfill your purchase order and deliver products, we may collect your shipping and billing address and phone number.
Order management and return requests are also tracked in your personal account.
We use these data to send updates about your order and issue related documents.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR – contractual and legal obligations.
Invoices and accounting documents will be retained for 10 years as required by law.
Inactive accounts older than five years will be deleted after notification.
b) To respond to contact form inquiries, we collect your name, surname, and email address.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent.
Data will be retained only as long as necessary to address your request.
c) For sending promotional, advertising, and newsletter content (including birthday greetings), and to conduct market research and satisfaction surveys, we collect your email address.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent.
Data will be stored as long as the newsletter service is active or until unsubscribed.
You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email.

4. Is data submission mandatory?
Providing data for the purposes listed in section 3(a) is mandatory; without it, we cannot process your order.
Providing data for purposes under section 3(b) and (c) is optional, but necessary to access those specific services.

Your data may be accessed by employees or collaborators of Abraham tasked with managing orders or handling inquiries.
Data may also be shared with third-party “Data Processors” such as consultants and IT/logistics providers.
